Our ground beef and patties, beef sticks, filet mignon, delmonico steaks, new york strip steaks, sirloins, chuck roasts, briskets and more come from our own cows.

Beef and Biscuit Pinwheels
These little pinwheels are fun for the whole family to make, and to eat!  They taste great hot or cold, perfect for a picnic. Roll them large for an entree or small for an appetizer. Made too many? No problem, just pop the leftovers in the freezer to save for next time.
Beef
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup water

Brown meat. Add onion and seasonings and saute. Add flour and blend, then add liquid and cook until thick.

Biscuit
2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup milk

Combine ingredients for biscuit dough. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick and spread with meat mixture. Cut into 1 inch slices and roll. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Serves 5-6 people.
